Enquiry.ai follows a standard procedure of using log files. When a visitor uses this app, different files are logged. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of this information is just for analyzing trends, administering the app, tracking users' movements on the app, and gathering demographic information.
Before using this app, you might require to accept the permissions. By accepting the below-mentioned permissions, you will be able to access the app easily.
1. Allow the Enquiry app to access your phone call logs: This is required to use our dialer/contact app. This is to track down the caller’s information. If the caller’s number is not added to your contact list, Enquiry.ai will show the caller ID you accept the call, you will be able to see the details on your screen.
2. Receive/Read your text messages (SMS or MMS): By accepting this permission, you will be able to identify the sender. We never look at the content that you receive, only the number in order to identify the sender.
3. Default dialer/SMS: By accepting this permission, you will get the caller’s information before receiving any SMS/call, you can set Enquiry.ai as a default app.
Here are some permissions that you can accept when needed.
Internet: Required to check if the device has an active connection or connected to some network. If there is no connection, we will not be able to track down the Caller ID.
SMS: We have some set of default SMS like “I will call you later”, “Busy” etc. If you are using Enquiry.ai as a default app, you will be able to access it easily. You can also modify it as per your requirements.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: With this, your app will never get disable even if boot your phone.
WAKE_LOCK: Required to show the Caller Id window during INCOMING calls and to receive push notifications when the device has the screen locked.
CONTACTS: You can easily add, read or rename the contacts list when needed in your phonebook.
SYSTEM ALERT WINDOW:Required if you want to see who is calling you before even your phone rings.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Required if you want to receive notifications that shows you are on a call, or there’s someone who’s trying to call you.
READ_CALL_LOG: Required if you want to identify spammer or scammer calls from your unsaved contacts.

We will not text or call any of your contacts without your explicit consent. If you contribute information to our Apps, your posting may become public and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your privacy. In general, if you choose to disclose information about other people to us, you confirm that you have the authority to use and share such information.
